Having over 6 years hands on experience in hardware support, Network Admin & End-User support role. Thao is responsible for Leading research and development team for all projects and divisions of ATVN, including training and supervision, maintenance and operations of all technologies that support ATVN platforms.

Thao is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and possesses a Bachelor Of Computer Science Degree in Information Technology from College Of Natural Science, HCMC .

Thao past experience includes leading the software development team of Madcap Media Inc. and has previously overseen all aspects of IT Management for the private sector arm of the World Bank Group while working for IFC/MPDF - a multi-donor funded project and is managed by International Finance Cooperation (IFC)
