Once you process the purchase, please contact us at sales@activetvnetworks.com and provide us with the Paypal Transaction ID, the name of the Intro you have purchased and attach any required images and or text you want written in your logo. Please be as detailed as possible to avoid any mis-communication. For Logos we require transparent logos with in 300 DPI format saved as PNG without a background. All Transformer animations are on a dark sky background with a glow effect. Colors in the final video will not match 100% with your existing logotype.

Turnaround is approximately 48 hours and is based on your immediate correspondence to our emails. Please remember we provide a $10 referral fee for all WEBFX orders over $50 in value. So tell your friends.

If you do not have the option of submitting transparent versions of your files, ATVN will try to photo manipulate your images for additional $15. We will contact you if we cannot work with your supplied materials and will grant you the option of resubmitting reversioned materials. Unfortuantely there are no refunds once the order has been submitted. All Text and Phone numbers should be proofed before supplied, we will use the exact text as provided to us.
